Bosnia makes it into the World Cup

Dear family,
This week was pretty good. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday were Bajram, which happens twice a year, so it's like Christmas or Easter for Muslims. We couldn't really do much on those days because everyone is gone, or visiting with their family, and people will really hate you if you go tracting or anything then, but after that, the rest of the week was good.
On Tuesday night Bosnia played the final game to get into the world cup against Lithuania. They won 1-0, and it's the first time Bosnia has ever made it into the world cup. There is a big shopping mall just down the block from the church, and they played the game on the Jumbotron in front. There were so many people that they blocked off the road (which is the main road through the center of Sarajevo), and they had to shut down the Trams and everything. After they won people were lighting off tons of fireworks (which in Bosnia tend to be like small pieces of dynamite) and shooting guns all night long. Apparently a couple Muslim Imams even went out and got drunk after the game (which is like a Bishop in Utah getting drunk), that's how crazy the celebration was.
On Saturday night we taught a super cool family who we met a couple weeks ago, tracting. They are super nice, and have a really good job (which is uncommon here) and they have three kids (which is also uncommon here) and they all are super smart and speak English, and their 4 year old son goes to international kindergarten, where they just speak English. We went over, talked for a couple minutes and got to know them (in English), they said they want us to tell them about our church, so we taught them the first lesson (in Bosnian) and they said they would read and ponder it, and we could come back in like a week, and then we left and the whole thing was like 45 minutes. It was like a perfect preach my gospel lesson, which almost never happens.
We also met this super cool kid who's 24 and already in his second year working on a doctorate degree in electric engineering. He just met the missionaries on the street and came to English class once a few months ago, and we just called him and invited him to the church and we watched the restoration movie with him and taught the first lesson. He was probably really confused, but liked it. Nothing really dangerous happened this week, except that we got chased by a couple wild dogs.
I love you guys
